Once your order has been processed and dispatched we are unable to change any of the order details, such as the name and/or address on the receipt/tax invoice.

Some of our items in precious materials (crocodile, alligator, lizard, etc.) purchased at the Hermès Boutique or Hermès Official online store was manufactured using material(s) which have been traded legitimately under the regulations of CITES (Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and (or) Flora, known as “Washington Convention”)
Regulations concerning personal effects differ between countries, and some countries impose restrictions on CITES products. In such a case, it is mandatory to obtain an export, or a re-export permit based on the stipulations of the Washington Convention, issued by Wildlife Australia, Department of Agriculture, Water, and the Environment.
