Care and repair

    • We invite you to visit the Hermès store nearest you so that one of our sales consultants may examine the item. This will allow us to give you an estimate and time frame for the repair. Most items will need to be sent to Paris for expert restoration and will have an approximate lead time of 3 to 6 months.
