E-reservation

This service enables you to use the website to reserve a product in your chosen store. 
By doing so, you can better prepare your purchase before heading to the store, where you will benefit from a personalized welcome,  special advice and expertise from sales personnel

On the product page, click on the "Find in store" button to locate stores with the product in stock. 
The eligible stores for online reservation will then offer to reserve this product for you. 
Next click on "Reserve in store": you will need to fill in your personal information, which will take just a few minutes. You can also log into your existing customer account.

Once you have made your e-reservation, the store will confirm the availability of the product within 4 working hours. 
You will then receive a confirmation email inviting you to go to the store. 
Please make the difference between the email confirming that your e-reservation has been made and the email confirming your e-reservation by the store.

You have 3 calendar days after receiving your confirmation email to go to the store. 
After this time, your e-reservation will automatically be cancelled. 
When you go to the store, don't forget to bring the following with you:

• the confirmation email
• your ID

Yes, it is possible for another person to collect your e-reservation for you. 
To do so, they must present the reservation email and your ID.

Once you have received your confirmation email, if you change your mind, please contact the store directly by phone.

E-reservations are limited to 1 item at a time. You are allowed to have up to 3 pending e-reservation requests. 
To reserve other items, you will need to wait until your previous requests have been processed.

No payment is required at the time of your e-reservation. The purchase will be completed in store.

No, e-reservation is only available for users with an account in the country where you make the e-reservation. 
If you have an account in another country, you will need to log out first. You will then be able to recreate an account in the country where you wish to make your reservation.
