Gifting
Most items ordered are delivered in an orange box tied with our Bolduc ribbon. However, there are exclusions such as books, stationary, equestrian items, selected homewares including cushions and large items.
You cannot use store credits or gift certificates/cards issued by Hermès stores to purchase items on the Hermes.com website. We only accept payment by debit or credit card.
When placing your order, it is possible to include an accompanying gift card. Alternatively, you can request a blank gift card that you can customize.
Only an exchange for a product of an equivalent or greater value is possible (if exchanging for an item of greater value, the difference in price must be paid by the recipient of the gift). The gift recipient should contact our Customer Service by phone at 8008500824 (please refer to the operating hours displayed in the "Contact Us" section) or send us an email. Exchanges on Hermes.com are only possible within 30 days of purchase, also items purchased from an Hermès store cannot be exchanged on Hermes.com.
