To create a customized object, begin by providing us with a detailed explanation of what you would like. We will respond within a month with an agreement in principle, an estimate and waiting period. Our team of designers will design this unique object for you. 
To order a customized object, please send us an email with your contact information via the “Contact us” page. You may also visit one of our stores, where one of our sales consultants will help you and answer any questions you may have.

We will be pleased to provide a price estimate for your customized object within one month, in addition to the waiting period to receive the item, once you have explained in detail your dream object or idea. Please send us an email containing your contact information.

 With its saddles, Hermès seeks to bring together horse and rider. 

For a custom-fit saddle, we suggest making an appointment with one of our saddle experts to organize testing and have your equipment made to measure. 
From the first meeting to the final adjustments, we help you to choose the best model for your riding style, and adapt your saddle to suit your preferences, your body shape and your horse. 
Once you have made your choice, the saddle will be crafted by a single artisan in our workshop based at 24 Rue de Faubourg Saint Honoré. It will be delivered to you within 3 to 4 months.
