Collect in store
It is possible to collect the items you have ordered on Hermes.com in store. This service is currently available in selected stores only.
Please note only the buyer will be allowed to collect the order, and you will have 7 days from the receipt of the email notification to collect your order.
Hermes.com do not have a third party collection policy for in-store collection services.
- Your ID card/ passport (with a name consistent with the purchaser name of the order)
- The email informing you of the availability of your order
An email will be sent to you when your order is ready for collection in store.
For collection in an Hermès store in Macau, your items will be available within 2-3 business days (excluding public holidays) for orders placed on or before 12pm on weekdays.
Some products may be subject to longer lead time between 3-5 business days.
To collect your order, please present the following to a salesperson in store:
You will have 7 calendar days from the receipt of the email notification to collect your order. If you fail to collect the products within 7 days after receiving the notice, your order will be cancelled automatically, and we will refund the order to the original payment account.
The refund will be issued as quickly as possible within 15 business days (the timing for receiving the reimbursement may vary subject to the bank’s processing) after your returned item(s) is/are received at our warehouse.
*Hermès reserves the right to refuse to deliver the products or cancel the order if the name on proof of identity is inconsistent with the user name of the order placed on this Website. (All proof of identity will only be sighted by the salesperson for verification and shall not be stored, processed and/or recorded in any way.)
The exchange and return policy is the same as any other purchase on Hermes.com. For more details, please refer to “Returns and Exchanges” section.
