Most items ordered are delivered in an orange box tied with a Bolduc ribbon, with the exceptions of fragrances, soaps, makeup and beauty products, books, stationery, equestrian items, selected home items (i.e. Neobain case, Bride-a-Brac travel case, pillow, blanket), clothing and bulky items, etc.
Hermès gift cards and store credits cannot be used on the Hermes.com website.
Yes, only an exchange for a product of an equivalent or superior value is possible at the store (the difference in price must be paid by you or the gift recipient). Yes, if the product complies with the return condition, we accept the return requirement of the none purchaser based on the return process. You may refer to "Returns and exchanges" section for details. The refund will be paid back to the account of purchaser.
You can choose between a gift card with a personalised message or one without message; you also have an option of including a priceless invoice in the delivery. Once you click "Order and Pay" button, you will not be able to make any changes.
