Once your order has been processed and dispatched we are unable to change any of the order details, such as the name and/or address on the receipt/tax invoice.
You may experience a few minutes delay after you have placed your order and before you receive the order summary. You should also check your Spam inbox, as the message may have been delivered there depending on your email settings. If you still have not received an email, please contact our Customer Service by telephone on 1800 819 255 from Monday to Saturday, 09:00 am to 09:00 pm, or on Sunday, 12:00 pm to 09:00 pm, or use Contact Us to send an email. We will verify that the order has been successfully placed and will correct your email address if necessary.
Your invoice will be sent by Hermès in a Confirmation of Shipment email. We make every effort to ensure that our communications are delivered to you in a timely manner. However, it is possible that some emails are qualified as spam. Therefore, we ask you to check your spam folder if you have not received your Confirmation of Shipment email.
You will not receive a printed invoice with your delivery.
You can also download your electronic duplicate invoices in the “Your Orders” section of your personal account.
