Once your order has been processed and dispatched, we are unable to change any of the order details, such as the name and/or address on the receipt/tax invoice.

You may experience a few minutes delay after you have placed your order and before you receive the order summary. Your invoice will be sent by Hermès in a Confirmation of Shipment email. We make every effort to ensure that our communications are delivered to you in a timely manner. However, it is possible that some emails are qualified as spam. Therefore, we ask you to check your spam folder if you have not received your Confirmation of Shipment email.
You will not receive a printed invoice with your delivery.
