Collect in store
Yes, you can. Instead of shipping to a specific address, there is a “Collect in Store” option for you to select during the checkout process. You can select any Thailand Hermès store for pick up the order.
During the checkout process, you must identify first name, last name and mobile number of the consignee. If you wish to make any changes after the order is created, please contact our Customer Service for further assistance.
We will notify you by email/sms when your order has arrived at the selected store and you have 14 days to collect your order. You must bring the email/sms notifying that the order is ready to be collected and a valid ID for collection.
Yes. Please put the third party first name, last name and phone number when you place an order. Kindly notify your consignee to follow the suggestions provided in the order confirmation email. They must bring the email/sms notifying that the order is ready to be collected, a written authorization from you to collect the order, their valid ID and a copy of your valid ID for collection.
