Delivery
Goods purchased on the Hermes.com/th/en website may only be delivered within Thailand.
Any delivery address situated outside Thailand will be refused during the ordering procedure. Hermes.com/th/en will not process any order for which a post office box, parcel locker, parcel pick-up service etc. delivery address is provided.Delivery within Thailand by standard DHL Ecommerce service is complimentary for every order.
- Standard delivery will take 2 to 5 business days.
- Missed deliveries will require additional 2 to 3 business days for re-delivery.
- No delivery will be made on weekends or public holidays.
- Orders placed over the weekend or public holiday will be dispatched on the following Monday or next business day.
- We do not provide absolute delivery guarantees, due to unforeseen circumstances or matters outside of our control, delays may occur.
- All orders require a signature on delivery.
- Upon arrival at the shipping address, the delivery personnel will contact the recipient to request a 4-digit OTP for verification, in which the recipient would receive once the parcel is out for delivery.

To track your order, click Account at the top right on the Hermes.com/th/en website. Log in, then use the menu “Track, exchange, or return an order” to see your order status. Your signature is required at the shipping address. We recommend having your order delivered to an alternate address such as your work if you will not be home to sign for your package. Missed deliveries will require additional 2 to 3 business days for re-delivery.
