Kindly note that once your order has been processed and dispatched, we are unable to change any of the order details, such as the name and/or address on the receipt/tax invoice.

You can request a FULL tax invoice version during the checkout process, “under Payment” by ticking the small box “I need a full tax invoice” and fill-in the required information. Kindly note you cannot edit yourself after the order is created, so please make sure all information is correct.
If you wish to revise details after the order is created, please contact our Customer Service as soon as possible for assistance.
Please be aware, a full tax invoice cannot be edited after the order has been dispatched and cannot be re-issued.
