Returns and exchanges
- You are entitled to return any product ordered via the Hermes.com/th/en website within a maximum period of 30 days following the date of shipping notification (date on the invoice).
- You must enclose the original Hermes.com/th/en invoice.
- Products must be returned in perfect condition, unworn, with their original packaging and tags attached (including the orange box, packaging materials such as dust bags, accessories, trademark signs, certifications, plastic packaging – when applicable and NFC tag).
- Pick-up service: Our Customer Service team will contact you shortly after the return has been created to arrange date and time for pick-up

- If you’ve asked for a refund, we will process it within 4 business days of the Acceptance Notice. The refund shall be issued via the same payment method used for the order and in the same currency used by the client when paying for the order. Please note that your bank may take up to 14 business days to issue a refund to your card, depending on processing times. This may vary among card issuers and we have no control over this process or the corresponding processing times.
- If you’ve asked for an exchange, our Customer Service will contact you to place an exchange order. If the amount of the Product(s) selected in replacement is greater than the amount of the Product(s) returned, you will have to pay the price difference. If the amount of the Product(s) selected in replacement is less than the amount of the Product(s) returned, we will refund the price difference, excluding any shipping charges via the original payment method. The delivery cost for the replacement product is free of charge.
Conditions for returning a product
Belt kits
If you have purchased a belt kit comprising a belt strap and buckle, the item can only be returned as a complete set of leather strap plus buckle.Fragrances and Beauty products

Shipping fee of returning a product for exchange or refund is complimentary once per order. After the first return per order, you will be charged the shipping fee and the cost will be communicated to you at the time of the return request.How to request a return:

2. Select exchange or refund, and indicate the desired item in case of exchange
3. There are 2 options for returning product.4. Place the original invoice and product for return in your parcel; the new original invoice will be sent back to you in case of exchange.
5. Seal your parcel
6. Print the pre-paid shipping label received by email and stick it over your parcel.After the return
Following receipt of your product, we shall assess the product for the purposes of determining whether to accept the return and reserve the right not to accept the return at our discretion. We will notify you as to whether we have accepted the return of the product in the Acceptance Notice.Return to Hermès stores
HERMÈS stores do not offer refunds or credit notes on any product purchased on Hermes.com/th/en website.Any product purchased, or received as a gift may be exchanged in specific Hermès stores within a maximum period of 30 days following the date of shipping (date on the invoice), subject to our returns policy and terms and conditions.
If you ask for a refund, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that any refund will be processed within 4 business days of receipt of the Acceptance Notice. The refund shall be issued via the same payment method used for the order and in the same currency used by the client when paying for the order.
Please note that the time for the funds to become available in your account will vary, this can take up to 14 business days or longer.
