Gifting

All orders are delivered in an orange box tied with a bolduc ribbon or an orange sleeve, excluding fragrance, makeup and beauty products, calendar products, books, Hermès Editeur objects, large objects and certain equestrian items. Hermès Editeur objects are delivered in a box including a book and a certificate of authenticity. Please note that, in line with our sustainability efforts, orange carrier bags are not provided with online purchases.

We have made the decision to no longer include orange bags in our e-commerce orders. This initiative contributes significantly to the reduction of our environmental impact: shipping box better suited to the size of your order, lighter weight, and preserved forests. Hermès gift cards and store credits may not be used on the Hermes.com website. Please consult the conditions listed on your gift card for its terms of use in stores.

When confirming your order, it is possible to include an accompanying card for a gift order. You can enter a message or request a blank card which you can personalise yourself.
