Newsletter - advertising emails

The Hermès newsletter  is an easy way to stay up to date with our latest news: events, fashion shows, exhibitions or new items. 
We are committed to keeping the frequency of our emails low, and to never communicating your email address to third parties.

You can register directly by clicking the “receive our newsletter” link on Hermes.com. If you have an Hermes.com account, you can manage your newsletter subscription via the dedicated section in your customer account.

You can, at any time, easily unsubscribe:

• By managing your newsletter subscription in your Hermes.com account;
• By clicking on the "unsubscribe" link included in each promotional e-mail we send you;
• Contact us by email or telephone at 800-441-4488, option 1, Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m EST.. Your request may take a few days to become fully effective, which means that you may still receive promotional communications within days of unsubscribing.
